B7 - Inservice Form

This form is issued by the Idaho State Department of Education. It is used to verify that an individual has completed in-service training that may be applied toward certification renewal for Idaho K-12 educators.

  • Purpose:
    To certify that an individual has completed a certain number of hours of formal instruction during an in-service training. The credit can be applied toward renewing an Idaho teaching certificate.
  • Eligibility for Credit:
    • 15 clock hours = 1 in-service credit
    • Up to 3 credits may be applied toward certificate renewal
    • Multiple trainings may be combined to reach the 15-hour minimum
